Sandy is the best of the best! She is a very experienced realtor and does her due diligence with everything. She priced our house right and kept us up to date on everything. The process went extremely smooth and we closed on our house in 3 weeks. Thank you for everything you did for us Sandy!

Well at 63 years old I have had a few number of real estate transactions over my life time. I have lived in several states and owned homes in each and had rental property back in the 80's. I must admit that none were as complicated, lengthy or physically draining as the sale of my property in Grand Prairie. None of the complications in the sale were my agents, Sandy's, fault or a reflection of her competence. They were all the buyers and mortgage qualifications related. Through out the entire transaction period Sandy remained encouraging, information and supportive. She was always available for my questions and concerns. If there were a issue that was in question, she either had a answer for me or found someone who could address the matter. I do feel that had Sandy not been so supportive and had a real interest in our sales transaction, I would have long before given up and the taken the house off the market. With that I would lake to thank Sandy and her daughter, Ashley, for their dedication, support and hard work in completing the sale of my property. Keep up the great work. Jerry.

Sandys experience and understanding really paid off. This was a challenging experience and being a short sale presented many obsitcals. Sandy was able to explain and negotiate each of them with ease. She went over and above to make this process as painless as possible. I am a very demanding and have high expectations, which Sandy handled without a hitch. All issues and problems that arose throughout this process were adressed, explained and or resolved very quickly with the highest level of professionalism. It has been a real pleasure working with Sandy and look forward to our next chance to work together.

Sandy was a dream to work with. She made moving across the state less stressful. Was very knowledgeable and honest on the negotiations on your home. My kids will be using her on the purchase of their first home. I would not trust them to anyone else.

Sandy is friendly and outgoing. She does a great job of putting clients at ease. From the first meeting, I felt like she was the person I wanted to work with. Her knowledge of real estate is impressive, and it is clear she has vast practical experience in the field.

She begins the process by not only explaining all the paperwork clearly, but by letting you know what things need to be done in your house to facilitate a sale. Once the ball is rolling, she regularly touches base, sending both general information and specific. Any time I called her, my call was returned promptly, and I received what I needed, whether that be information or simple reassurance!

She listened very carefully to what we were looking for--especially our price range. She never pressured us to go out of our comfort zone regarding price. You truly feel that she wants you to do what's best for your family. It's not all about the money.

I have recommended her to several friends and will continue to recommend her to anyone who is in the market to sell/buy a house. She helped us find a great tenant for our old house and helped us buy the perfect house in which we currently live. To quote my father, "She is a real go-getter." Do yourself a favor and get her working for you!
